Case and Mvnt, both "8"
Ahhh, either Jays has missing enamelling along the sides or Geoffs, is very dirty :-)
Same model though.
Actually, Scott had one that he sold several months ago, seems like he got somewhere north of $600 USD for it.

When I first got this watch I wondered if all that enamel is correct. Picked at it abit and it seemed to be but I didn't want to press my luck. I suppose that someone along the way somehow could have filled it all in. Two things I know. It doesn't wash / polish out and I didn't put it there. OK THREE things.....it's staying!
I suspect someone filled in the remaining engraving (recessions) with more enamel... The one I had, Lisa has, and Jay has (I think those are the only other three, so far???) DO NOT have enameling... except for the (8) Greekesque Key detailing, at the four corners...
That being said... I ALSO REALLY LIKE, this look! And perhaps it even DID... come as enameled?! And if so... maybe even by another model namesake?!?
:-) Scott
My nickname for it (WHAT - you don't give your unknowns NICKNAMES??!!)
Greek Knot
Don't ask why I do it - I don't need a reason other than I want to - don't ask how I come up with them - I just do. I have another one right now I call 'not a templar', mostly because it isn't a templar.
I call mine Almost Rare, because I can't find it & never logged it in I guess. LOL
OK I found it! Change name to Not 2 Rare. Mine has corner enamel only of the aforementioned Geek type!
