It says "Bulova" on the dial and movement and it's in a round American Standard case and it's running. That's about all I know about it. There's no date code on the movement.

Could it have something to do with Joseph and Adre moving the company away from 'J.Bulova Co.' branding which used the globe as it's logo and towards the shield which looked to seperated the casing company (American Standard Watch Case Co) with that of the relatively newly formed 'Bulova Watch Company"? Timing is about right.
