Both the date on the caseback and the movement are correct for 1963. Definately not an Academy Award model as these were only produced from approx.1949-1953/54 and only marketed as Academy Award models till 1952. I couldn't find any crystal details to even make a guess but it seems the resemblesome of the Engineer models i've come across.
This watch is very unique, 1st one I've ever seen! I'd love to see it with the dial restored and the case polished up
