Title should read 1976 Bulova Oceanographer.
Based on the dial name it would appear to be a 1976 Bulova Oceanographer. That being said I could not find an exact match to this watch.

The title should have read as such. Of course, I had an internet outage just as I was creating the post. Is there any way for a user to edit a title?

Hello august1410, the "naming" of each watch entered into our dB is done by one of our administrators once the several panel member have agreed on the ID. You did not miss the opportunity to name it when you added it, it will be done shortly, thanks for your patience.
I would agree with the Oceanographer model name.
Yes 1976 Bulova Oceanographer is a good ID, I didn't find a variant either.
