Its been a while but I bought another Accutron Spaceview. Would love to learn more and double check (Im pretty sure) its an original spaceview. It has been completely restored about 4 years ago. I have been wearing this one as my daily watch and its such a conversation starter.
Looks great and all correct, but I'll let the Accutron experts confirm.

Short of having been there when the watch left the factory I'm not sure there is a way to know if it's original configuration was Spaceview. There where many, many conversions when they became popular, the conversion effort has not let up in the ensuing decades. Either way we will ID it as an Accutron Spaceview, it's very nice.
1967 Bulova Accutron Spaceview, I believe this is the "I" variant, as here

Well the USA chapter ring watches almost certainly left the factory as a spaceview and very rarely have ever been seen with a dial from the factory, The conversion watches were all the non-chapter ring watches with most all the spaceview watches on ebay being conversions and most of them being poor conversions at that...
Everything on this watch is correct which is becoming more rare to see these days...
