I apologize for not mentioning this before. Thank you very much for taking the time to find and post this. It is nice to know that there are those who are willing to share their knowledge with others and do so with little expectation of receiving anything in return.

Astronaut,
Your saying I shouldn't have the parts swapped out like an old set of tires.
Do you think it is possible to restore it to its original state? Do you know if the coil assembly can be repaired? It looks like most of the time they're just replaced. I think it has the wrong or newer pallet plate and tuning fork both have markings the earlier versions did not. This would most likely add to the cost and I definitely wouldn't be wearing it out on date night anytime soon.
Not to mention finding a craftsman who really really knows these watches.
I'm not sure this poor watch landed in the right hands.
