I am looking to collect most of the Her Excellency models from the 40s. Not every variant/color but I would like to get one example in each style. So here is the one I picked up for this model in white gold which I believe is Her Excellency "V". It is 14K white gold with 6 diamonds. Three on the top and three on the bottom. It has a 21 jewel 6BA movement that was listed as not working but I was pleased to find it is indeed working and started right up. Looks like the minute hand has been replaced. Fitted with a NOS cord band like it would have had originally.
1948 Bulova Her Excellency "V", nice presentation

Thank you jabs. I almost bought the "T" instead of the "U" so I could use this ad for both lol but I like the white gold dial a bit more.
Another nice one Kathy.

Thank you Bob.
1948 Her Excellency 'V' indeed. I'd agree the minute hand has been replaced, but still a lovely piece.
