1934 Bulova 21J 10AN, 10K GF Hinged case stamped Bulova on the case back edge with the 10K GF & serial, nothing on the inside. Case measures 36.9 mm x 25.1mm with 12.8mm between lugs. Bracelet is a 12K GF B/R adjustable model which I believe is original to the watch because it has the former owners initials engraved on the clasp. At first I thought it was a Ambassador, but the closest case match is the Kirkwood as shown. A very well cared for watch & box purchased at a local estate that shows no wear and has just been cleaned & serviced.

OT, can you confirm the crystal specs? The case does look like the Kirkwood in the ad (is the Kirkwood engraved?) though the dial does not match the ad.
The '37 GS crystal catalog has the H462 23.8x16.3 as fitting the Bulova "Monogram" and the H465 25.5x19.3 as fitting the Kirkwood. Thanks.
Looks like the love-child of the 1936 "Commander" (J) and the Ambassador (M) in this ad!
Looking again, your watchs' dial looks more like the Commander dial, in an engraved Kirkwood case.
Unknown.
EDIT:- The part between the lugs is part of the case, and not part of the bracelet, right?
If it is not part of the case, it is the Commander.
The lugs are part of the case Bob, and the crystal spec's are correct Darren, I think I still have the GS envelope here some place...like most all GS crystals, I did have to file some for a snap fit, but not 3 mm.
Case is like the Kirkwood, and jewel count is correct, but the dial is more like a AC..
Great watch and original band! Is the Kirkwood ad showing unengraved case? Case looks like engraved variant/version of the Kirkwood ad, but noting the several mm difference in DarHin's crystal references for Kirkwood vs Monogram. Dials do differ from ad (and maybe in size too, based on crystal differences), and are like you say- very similar to AC. I have no idea what the Monogram looks like...
Starting to look Unknown, but beautiful.
Unknown is my call, maybe the "Monogram" has some merit...the Kirkwood ad is the closest case match we have...kind of like this one...http://www.mybulova.com/watches/1941-unknown-1201 .. .looks a lot alike, but no ad and not enough evidence to make a call
