Can you explain what you mean by 'first one in d.b' ?

I see what you're talking about Mart1n888. There's 2 different case shapes identified as the "Miss Liberty" in the data base. The two ads shown in this thread show "Miss Liberty" with 2 different case shapes. That's odd. Seems like there would be a variant "A" and a variant "B" or something like that besides the different colored stones variants.

That's right but i never seen an ad for this model with variant..... They always only tell the "option/choice" for stone, never the shape.
It seem by the d.b. both shapes exist in 29-30-31. so it make 6 variant for the 3 years production. I noticed that the cut corner shape wear the 6ap and the oval case shape, the 6af.
So if someone want each one of the 3 years production will buy/chase a total of 18 miss liberty.....
A chance both shape case dont share both movements .... that's would double the number to collect.😂
Indeed.
I really enjoy the blued hands against the gilt numerals of this era.
ad is 1930

A 1931 Bulova Miss Liberty it is.
