I decided "C" over "EW" because variant "C" specifies precision adjustments where "EW" does not. Movement has 6 Adjustments

...yep, only 8 pages of comments. ...but I learned a lot working through this one over the years....
I use to say "In My Opinion", but for some of this model series (variants) I now say "based on the ads we have", the variant is determined by the mount on which it originally sold. We can all have opinions on what the ads mean, but we probably don't have an opinion on what is written in the ad. It says what it says :)
