Black dialed 21 Jewel Ben Hurr... ORRRR OR or... an American Clipper with a 21 Jewel movement installed. The movement however is a 21 Jewel and it's sporting the scrolled dial.

I am thinking this is a engraved version of the "Ben Hur" with a black dial...

And a Clipper case.  The Ben Hur does not come to quite such a point on the sides, rather it has a very smooth curve, like the Calhoun.  IMO.

I'm inclined to go "American Clipper C" except for the engraved bezel. Both B & C Clippers have plain bezels and were 17J. Perhaps it's a "Ben Hur C" like the Clipper variant.
