Gold-filled case. 21 jewels. 7AK. History is unknown. Seems like everything works well. Seems to keeps accurate time. It looks similar to the "His Excellency" line, but I am unable to find an exact match.
Nice watch, thanks for sharing it. I don't believe we have ever found an ad picturing a white/black His Excellency in this casing, but the ad below confirms color option. Dial font matches ads. Based on case s/n, it is a 1948. Appears to be on the original band.

A striking watch with the black dial. I will have to go with generic His Excellency as well. I am going to change the date to 1948 based on the serial number on the case.
