Watch Description

This is a 10K white GF version of what I believe to be a Dexter.  This one has engraving on the sides of the bezel.  It runs and keeps perfect time. Measures 25.5mm at it's widest point and 36.1mm lug tip to tip.

Case shape and movement jewel count certainly correct for a 1935 Bulova Dexter. The engraving is throwing me off slightly though.

Could also be the Horatio which is also a 7 jewel movement.

The Horatio has the similar etchings on the side, but the yellow GF Horatio on site shows a pop-off back.  My watch and the other Dexter has a hinged back.

I'm at a bit of a loss on this one. I find no ads listing Dexter in any case except unengraved yellow. Horatio in engraved  case (no color )unknown jewel count  and unengraved w/7 jewels. Best guess at this point is Horatio. Hinge/pop-off back could be a year difference. Still looking.

Unknown for now.

I'm going on the process of elimination. 1. the only Dexters we have are not engraved, not a Dexter. 2. Horatio, which looks similar is shown in our dB as having a two piece, non hinged case, not Horatio.

Unknown is all I have left - 1935 Bulova Unknown

I am a little perplexed by the dial.  It doesn't see to fit the case.

Jim , I actually tend to agree. Looking at the two adverts above it's a bit of column A and a bit of column B.

Case matches first advert, dial matches second advert.
