Watch Description

This watch I believe is a 1954 Surgeon Men's Watch, unusual band of metal with Marianes inscribed on it, the face is riveted to the band, can someone comfirm the style.

The back is hidden behind the metal and has rivets to prevent removing

You can put a paper clip in the hole on the log to depress the spring bar and remove the watch from the bracelet.

I will do that sometime this weekend, never thought of doing this, I find the bracelet interesting. I will add picture of the back.

I have added the # Serial on the back, its missing the crystal and the minute hand, still works second's hand moves,  Any suggestion on repairs

Steve, what is the date code on the back under BULOVA? Is it L4?

Also,  I think you are missing the hour hand not the minute hand.
