Watch Description

This appears to be a  Bulova President "F" with custom award dial for the Hanna Company.   Interesting his name and years of service are on the silver dial with gold stripe from 9 to 3.    The case front is in excellent condition but lots of metal loss around the back casebook which is a problem for these gold plated models.  The movement is a 11ANACB 17J with an N4 date code.  The case back is also an N4 date code.

I'll agree with 1974  President "F"

I think the personalized  detail on the dial is a "first see" for me.

President F looks to be a match  I believe the movement is stamped 11AOACB.
