Start year is a guess based on sertial number and style of movement.

There is a triangle datemark (1926) in the pointed part of the barrel bridge between the two ratchet wheels.

No interchangability for this one, it isn't in any of the Bulova movt lists, but it is a common ebauche. The keyless works would ID it, but may not be much help for the years produced.
