Thank hour for posting your watch.   Originally I thought this might be a 202 but the lugs are different.  I cannot find ad add that matches the case so I am going with a 1964 Bulova Accutron Railroad.

It is hard to tell from the picture, I inherited in and sen it off for servicing before I knew better and they polished the heck out of the back and re-plated the case, but it is marked N4. In addition it also says water resistant on the back not waterproof. Sorry I didn't make that clear. I also acquired the buckle separately, but I understood that it was correct for the period.
