Watch Description

Not working. Returned to authorized Bulova repair, but they declined to service, since parts are no longer available. It appeared that the gasket was damaged and movement had rust.

Thank you for posting your watch.  It is a 1964 Bulova Accutron Railroad watch.  As for the movement, the best option would be a replacement movement.  A highly collected model.

Can you confirm that the date stamp in the case back is M5?

A nice match for a 1965 Bulova Accutron "202" (sub category Railroad)

It's definitely an M5 (see attached). Anybody have ideas about where to get the movement replaced?

eBay has plenty of parts and movements for sale. Another option might be to have the movement serviced. There are a number of skilled services listed here: Watch Links | myBulova.com that might be able to help.
