Secondo lei la fibbia è coeva? …. Poi anche se mi vergogno a chiederlo, ma sono un novello di accutton, se l’orologio non viene indossato conviene estrarre la corona e far fermare il movimento???

With Accutron's it's not recommended to pull the crown to save power as I believe the movement will still be active and potentially use even more power (from what I've been told and experienced). Your best bet is to either pull the battery out (if you don't plan on wearing it for a while) or just letting it run.
I'd be interested in what others have to say and their experience.

Just confirming the measurements of your watch as I'm wanting to rule out it's not a men's watch. We have the Date and Day version of your watch listed as a men's model.
Depending on the case size, the calendar version may indeed be the ladies version.
This from a 1974 linebook, so the year is at least correct.

il diametro è 27mm, lug-to-lug 34mm
Might be a men's. I have a similar watch case that has a 30mm diameter crystal and a 39mm lug-to-lug. Not that much difference and I think women's models are usually a lot smaller.
I could be wrong though.
