Really unique watch... I purchased it from a seller in Albania. I've never seen a other like it. Set-O-Matic right on the dial.
Boy this is an odd duck and I really like it; very 70's. Never seen one, and assume by case markings it's a model produced in Europe for the European market. This Set-O-Matic posting is very different, but pictures a second 1973 example of subject watch in comments section.
Unknown variant 1973 Set-O-Matic for now
What is a 70s word for groovy? This one is very unique for sure.

Yup - 1973 Bulova Set-O-Matic
Outside the light tent the colors remain. Very unusual with the red and green motif.

I was shocked when I saw it. I am glad to find it. I do not think Set o Matic should be included in the name. Just President.

Nice! Well done! With 2 ads confirming and calling it President Set-O-Matic, I think that's the way to go. I wonder if the 4 watches shown also had a variant letter? Perhaps they were just different model numbers?
President Set-O-Matic
I would guess that your dial has faded and that the real color of the dial was more like the second ad.
