Looks like it's been polished pretty badly on the back and I can't make out the serial numbers. N1 is clear and N0 on movement.
Thank you for posting your watch. I looked and cannot find a match to this one. I don't ever recall seeing this case design before. It might be an International model. I have to go with unknown.
No luck either, finding a match to this one. It has an International feel to me.

I did find a match to the case from a 1977 Newspaper Ad watch "B". Clearly not the same watch but the case design certainly is the same as this 1977 Set-o-Matic
Possibly part of the Bulova Sea King family.
Agree this matches the Sea King in this ad except for dial color. 1970 Bulova Sea King.
