Wow! Great dial on this one. I can't find a match, but an educated guess is Clipper or Sea King.

Unknown for now.

I have this same watch and in my notes I thought it might be the Sea King 'BY' based on the linebook shown in the comments for this watch. However, it doesn't mention a textured dial although in the photo it appears that it may be textured.

It looks like this could be a Sea King BY.   The linebook clearly shows a textured dial.
