This one appears to be a 1969 Bulova Oceanographer "C". The case is stainless steel with a beveled edge on each side. The movement is an 11BLC 17J with an M9 date code. The case back is screwback and has an M9 date code. The dial is an off white/silver with silver applied hour markers with the remnants of red inserts. Some flaking on the dial. At last minute thought it needed some color and added the yellow/blue NATO strap. Only $15 for 6 on Amazon.

You can still find strap companies that make the Tropic (or Rallye) style bands, but I like the colour!
