1968 Sea King perhaps? It appears to be similar to other Sea King models that I've found from that era, but none are an identical match. Inside of case back is stamped with "2519".

Previously named Date King "NW". it appears to be renamed with the phase out of the Date King line. Unfortunately, we only possess the 1967 and 1969 Bulova Line Books in our archive...1968 is missing. It has been agreed through research on general model lines that the name change likely occurred in 1968
1968 Bulova Sea King "CQ" is a good match. A new crystal and I bet this one will really pop.
