i picked this watch up the other day, it's missing the winding stem and crown, but looks good and will run a bit, shows very little use. Dial and hands are really nice, case shows minimal wear, even the crystal is fairly clear, although someone has obliterated the date code. Movement is marked M7.
Looks to be a close match to the Bulova President.
Watch shown as "B" in ths advert: http://www.mybulova.com/sites/default/files/vintage_ads/Bulova_AD_1964_1.jpg
Advert states both waterproof and shockproof.
Three ticks for President B
'DATE KING'
subject Watch is dated 1967
Date King? perhaps even a "TT"- ad dated 12/1966, Subject does seem to be missing the cross hairs though.
I thnk I'm going with the President on this one.

Confusing, but not the 'PREZ' in 1967.
If We study the ads We see Auto's with Date advertised as the 'PRESIDENT' in 1964.
eg: 'PRESIDENT' "I"

In 1967 We see the same 30J Auto advertised as the 'DATE KING' "PS"

The same can be said for the 'PRESIDENT' "A" in the 1964 ad above which becomes the 'DATE KING' "PA"

Database (Forum) ads show the 'PRESIDENT' as 17 Jewels, manually wound in 1967.
Ok I'm sold the Date King seem to fit the time period rather than the President model.
I'll go along with Date King
