This is a 1964 Bulova. It has a 17 jewel 11ALD movement with "M4" date code. The case has a 10k RGP bezel with a stainless back.

Thanks again guys for confirming the ID of this one. I wonder what that rectangle is over the sub-seconds hand in the advertisement is. I've seen more than one ad for this model and they all have that.
