Case is all stainless steel. Dial is origial as far as I can tell. I have seen simialr on eBay a few times (where this one was acquired). Also is identical to one owned by my grandfather.
I am thinking this one has "Sea King" written all over it...anyone else agree?
I would tend to agree with the Sea King ID, but cannot confirm with an advert.
Closest thing I can find with a black dial and all numbers is the Clipper "F"
Wow! You guys are quick on the pick-up. Thanks for your suggestions already.
My only comment for the Clipper 'F' is that's an automatic by the ad linked.
Since you guys say Sea King, I went back and looked and there is this one...

That one has a white dial but the font is a match as is the case. Surely, there were varients?

that looks like a match to me and Yes, there could be variants. I'd go generic Sea King for now.
Hi Jack
You were able to figure out the movement model. Must mean you opened the watch. Can you provide pictures of the inside and outside case back? ...or give us all information in these locations. Other "features" may be listed there, along with a date code.
Was there a date code on the movement?
thanks
In reply to Hi Jack You were able to by William Smith
Added more images as requested. Had not noticed before that the movement is marked "M6" and the case is marked "M5".
I'm leaning toward Sea King without a known variant.

I would disagree. The variant is the one in the above linked watch. The advert with that one looks like the one called a Sea King 'A'. Wouldn't you call that a varient?

The dial color would change the variant letter, the "A" has a White dial, so a Black dial would be something different, and since we currently have no ad showing the correct letter variant, Generic "Sea King" will have to do for now.
Here is a list of possibles from the 1964 dealer price list, as you can see, there are quite a few to choose from...

yeah... That is a lot. Thank you for the great answer.
