1966(M6) Bulova. Black gloss dial, cream lume 3,6,9,12 explorer type dial. White dauphine lumed hands, center seconds, two peice/split type case. Can't remember the name for them, haha. Case back s/n: I671926, date code: M6, marked "Waterproof". I'd also like to note that the date code is stamped upside down? The movement is an 11alc, so pre 11blc caliber change, and is marked M7, 17 jewels, unadjusted. Split stem with replacement crown. Lug width 17.5mm, case width 34mm. Thanks for looking!
I had to go to the 1969 Linebook to find a match but found it. 1966 Bulova Sea King "CG". This makes this a first for this model/variant in the database. Thanks for posting.

I don't see any other match closer to 1966, so Sea King "CG" works for me.
I went through the linebooks from 1964 to 1966 and came up empty.Nice find and a first for the database.

I wonder if it's actually a 1969, but the date stamp was messed up, haha. Cuz the upside down 6 being a 9 would be correct, haha. I'll take a deeper dive into it and see if the inner case is even correct.
Movement stamped M7, case looks to be stamped M6.
Any chance you can confirm the case dte code stamp.

Both are correct. The case is stamped just below "BULOVA" with an upside down M6 so it looks like "9W" the movement may have had work I needed up replacing everything but the barrel bridge, and balance to preserve as much original equipment as I could.
