I believe it’s a Bulova 30. 10KT R.G.P. Case.
I'm not finding any match in the ads. The ads for the Bulova 30 line end in 1965, then we start seeing the 30 jewelled Commander series. I don't see a match at this time, going Unknown model for now.
Probably a 30J Commander but no verification found, so it's currently an Unknown for me as well.
This doesn't look like a perfect match but maybe it was from this line. Unknown for now. 
I really don't see any advert matches either.
