The 1963 Linebook BAWD0151 lists this as a Sea King V.  Looks like it might have changed variant from 1961 line book.

Sea King "L" is identical except for the mount. Model number listing in the 1962 vs 1963 linebooks certainly differ.

1962 Sea King "L" = 13311Y - 22495

1963 Sea King "V" = 13334Y - 22295

I'm also inclined to go with the Sea King "V"
