I've been wanting to get an American Girl watch for a very 'very' long time now and was recently able to finally find a lovely example as well as an original American Girl box.

I was shocked to find they were available as spares. Not sure if they came as standard or with the watch, or were an optional extra. Both ends of the bangle have a rectangular slot were they slide and click in to.

When I saw the eBay link you sent me I wondered why you would want an American Girl safety chain as I didn't remember you having an AG watch......once I saw this watch I immediately understood.
