Round case, rear markings F249703, M1 date code. water proof, shock resistant, 10kt r.g.p. anti-magnetic. 1961 president appears close but lug ends and minute and second hands are different.

Just spent the last hour searching for a match. Unfortunately I've had no luck finding a linebook or print advertisement, but my gut is saying Regatta 23.

At this stage I'd have to say unknown.

The case design says it's a 'REGATTA 23'
