Looks to be a match to the Sea King "IW", like this one
This is most likely a 1960 year model or perhaps 59, with s/n beginning E39....
Look for a 2-digit L9 or M0 next to the word Patent on the back under the Bulova.
Most likely an 11AFC powering this one.
