Appears to be a 1960 President of some sort. Dial does indicate 23 jewels but missing the word "waterproof" that your 1960 president model examples seem to have. Very unusual lugs. Date code M0. I do not know how to open the watch as the back seems sealed
I am not able to find a variant that has the black dial in a yellow gold case, but the white gold version in the President line was the "JW"

Same here, I'm unable to find a variant match. I suspect this watch started out as yellow case w/white dial (FW) that was refinished in black.

Beautiful! 1960 Bulova President. This is what some call a front or top loader, the movement is removed from the front of the case. I recommend having a watch maker open it if necessary, it's tricky.
