I'm guessing at the jewel count as I can't get the back off.  About zero lip to get into.

Going to disagree plains. Lugs are different and the subject watch doesn't have a 'neck extension' that the crown rests on. I'm going out to look for a match, I'll be right back.....

I have two of these,'53 and '54 and both are front loaders with split stems.Just sayin'
