I'm gussing this one is an international based on the inside case-back markings. 1960 manual wind model that is about 33.6mm across not including the crown or lugs. Yellow gold colored case, back, and unsigned crown. The gold case edge is thin and borders a large white/silver dial with textured star-burst effect. The indices, minute/hour hands, and small seconds hand are all yellow gold color to match the case. I had never seen one like this before and almost passed on it due to missing gold plating on a couple of the lugs. In the end, the dial and the simple but elegant design won me over.
Thanks for looking and for any info!
A variation on American Eagle "D" compared to the 1963 version.
1960 Bulova American Eagle "D"
Price list shows 2 versions of the "D"

Thanks for the information and line book image! I have a 63 and a 65 american eagle D with the squared sections at the top and bottom of the case. I didn’t know there was another variation on that model designation.
Looks to be a 1960 Bulova American Eagle "D"
I think 1960 Bulova America Eagle D is a good match
