1959 L9 yellow RGP case and back, Roman numerals 212 inside bezel match last three of serial number; dial has raised markers; Swiss movement is 17-jewels, manual-winding dated L9; expansion band was on the watch and may be original.

I sold this watch a couple years ago, so no longer in my possesion.

Interesting that the movement in this one is an 11AF, rather than the 11AC as reported by Lisa.

The 11AF and the 11AC, although they look similar are apparently not interchangeable, nor from the same ebauche. This is an in house Bulova Swiss movt, and a good quality one at that.
This is an extremely crisp example of the 1959 President 'H'.

Recently found this 1964 Canadian ad showing this same case with a different dial style, but with 23 Jewels. Perhaps the President H later became the Squadron H.
