Stainless steel case and back by Star, waterproof case with gaskets for back, inside crown tube, and crystal opening; black luminous dial with 24-Hour markers; USA-made 10BNCH 17-jewel hacking movement dated L9, has the correct dust cover, serviced by me and running accurately; proper oversized crown, smooth winding; I added the vintage military canvas band.

Well, that's a nice clean example with a great replacement band. Did you have the dial re-done? Looks to be a notch at 12 position.

No, that is the dial as found. None of the other database examples has the dial out to compare with to determine if that is standard. Doesn't appear redone, especially with the very aged and matching lume.
