1957 Custom Huge Hefner Playboy Watch. 10K Gold Filled Case with Diamonds set in white gold or platinum. Gold Speidel Twist-O-Flex Band. Appears to be Squadron Variant. L7 Marking. White Dial with Naked Female. Gold Hands and Hour Marker. Women's arm represents 12 o'clock Hour Marker. Legs represent 8 and 10 hour marker. Martini Glass hour marker (9). Red Playboy Logo hour marker (3). Woman sitting on sub-dial.
Previously owned by Hugh and passed through my family 3 generations. Working Condition.
Very interesting watch. Appears to be a "blinged" Squadron. It is interesting that the raised gold numbers for 12, 3, and 9 appear to have either been removed or the dial is a custom replacement. It's tough to say if this is a Bulova factory custom or done by a jeweler. We have one example in the database seen HERE with the same case diamonds, but a standard dial..

This is an interesting one for sure. Do you have documentation of the Hugh Hefner provenance? Documentation is important for verification. 1957 Bulova Squadron with a modified dial and added diamonds.
No documentation to back. Also finding that Huge for the most part typically engraved his watches. So unsure how to verify.
Would be amazing to find or confirm provenance. Hugh would have been 31 when he had this watch with Playboy first publishing in 1953 (according to Goolge).
