17j manual winding,10krgp case.
Hands and dial looks like a President to me (lugs are diff more like on some 23's). Not marked as waterproof so not a Clipper variant or a watertite...Cant tell if the case is Gold or stainless. One of the PRofessionals will have to step in on this one...

Case is gold front and back, movement is 17j....
Is it a 17J or 21J movement?
Looks a lot like a President with the thin case, but the lugs look more like a Clipper style

17j movement,manual winding...
1957 'PRESIDENT'
I thought 'CLIPPER' or 'WATER TITE' possibly also looking at the original image of the caseback posted in 'what is it' but they were auto's.
Dial will be an 'A' 'B' 'C' 'D' etc variant.
It has the lugs of the clippers but it isnt denoted as waterproof and the clippers had the 2 piece back (cover and screw down outer ring)....and that would obviously rule out a watertite as well, not being waeterproof and all.....and a 17j normally would rule out a President (usually 21j ?) and usually an auto in this era????
'President' looks favourite...
'PRESIDENT'
A 17 Jewel President? Didn't think that was possible.

Take a look at the 1956 ad, it looks like all three models shown are 17J in the discription, hard to read, but starting at $49.00 I wouldn't think it would be 21J
