Looks very much like a Bulova Lenox, but I'd like to find a better advert to confirm the lug pattern
Then again I also found what looks like a match the for Bulova Ashford (1951 ad)
Ok scrap the Lenox and Ashford, I found what I believe is the correct model.

It is running slow most likely due to old or dry oil. A full clean, oil, and adjustment would be recommended., not just an adjustment. It could damage the watch trying to run it on dry pivots.
