I have had this for years, and was curious about its origin. It is running slow and I need to get it repaired
Looks very much like a Bulova Lenox, but I'd like to find a better advert to confirm the lug pattern

Then again I also found what looks like a match the for Bulova Ashford (1951 ad)

Ok scrap the Lenox and Ashford, I found what I believe is the correct model.
The 1953 Bulova Rutherford (bottom watch)

Another entry here for a 1950 Bulova Rutherford
Hi Jobar and welcome. That is a real beauty, thanks for sharing it with us. This is a model we rarely see and it's likely they were victims of scrapping for the gold. Congrats on having it!
I agree (nice ad find Stephen)
1953 Bulova Rutherford
1953 Bulova Rutherford is a match.
Good match to the Rutherford
Thanks for the ID. I think I will have it adjusted and start wearing it again.

It is running slow most likely due to old or dry oil. A full clean, oil, and adjustment would be recommended., not just an adjustment. It could damage the watch trying to run it on dry pivots.
