Watch Description

Here is a recent purchase I bought because I had no idea what it was. Case is either nickel or chrome over brass. Dial is smooth black with gold markers and radium dots. 6 digit s/n inside of back.

I added the period correct NOS leather. It's keeping perfect time as received.

My best guess is  Watertite "K"

What say you?

I found this in the 1957 linebook that includes earlier models.

Looks like a good match to me, if my opinion means anything.

Seems like Watertite "K" is a good match.

Also in the mid-50s model 171 can be found as the Midshipman "A", though only found in the linebooks.
