im looking for a stem and crown replacement if any one can point me in the right direction. i wound it with a percision screwdriver and it kept time for almost two days. id like to get it fully wearable soon
Nice Watch. Double date stamped 1940/41 movement in a '41 case. Dial says it all, but an ad will help. I think we have one or two very similar ads.
I have stems and hands for your watch as well as crowns. PM me at JP and we can discuss them.

Do you have a crystal for the 42?
Watertite it is.
Agree, Watertite. Keep 'em coming nicoroc, great watches!
Definitely Watertite
Hey Nicoroc, I'm in agreement with an early Watertite with Radium dial.
I would strongly recommend, as always, that if you plan to wear and use the watch, definitely get it serviced by a qualified watchmaker. A full service, which includes complete disassembly and cleaning of all parts, with re-assembly and repair when needed, and adjustment and regulation, using modern synthetic lubricants is necessary to keep the watch from running while dry and/or dirty. A new mainspring is usually included in the service.
That's my usual spiel, don't forget to tip your server, I'm here all week..........
