Picked this one up to have an example of this model. I believe it is an Academy Award "EE" although it may have not been able to confirm that with an ad but do have an ad without a variant for the white variant.
It has a 10K white gold filled case dated stamped L1. The working 21 jewel movement is also date stamped L1.

All 1951 Bulova Academy Award, and I also suspect the "EE" variant, but will hold off confirming until we see an advert.
