Your watch is a Rona. The band is most likely a replacement band but goes nicely with the watch. If you wanted to restore it to an original band a black cord band would make it a Rona "A". The variant (the "A") on this watch was determined by the band, gold color, plain or engraved case, "A" yellow with cord band, "B" rose with cord band, "C" yellow engraved with cord band, "D" yellow with snake band, are the ones I found. A very popular watch in the day and well advertised.
