This was a fun little find. I went to the only watch repair shop in town to have my AA "L"'s crystal installed and he had this in his case and gave it to me for $10. He doesn't work on mechanical watches and was just looking at getting them out of the case.
This Her Excellency model is like the "C" with engraving on the lugs. It looks like a "J" to me as I don't find any other variants like it.
The case is 10K yellow gold filled. The movement is date stamped 49 and working well. I installed a NOS band.
I love the photos, Getting an increase in the file size has made ID'ing these little beauties so much easier. Nice snag, great story.

Thank you Bob. This one wasn't on my Her Excellecy wishlist but I couldn't pass up the good deal on it. It cleaned up nice and I'm glad I got it.
