Would anyone know the specific name and the estimated value of this particular model and whether the jewels on the face add to its value or not?

Welcome sambi on myBulova, your watch looks like Her Excellency  "K" with original band

case match, dial does not match with advert , so it may be some other variant

similar watch

Thank you.  Yes, I saw the ad for "Her Excellency K" with the same wristband...it's the dial I have not been able to find yet.

I would agree that this is the HE 'K' case and possibly the band, but the dial is not original. Looking at the BULOVA print between the 10 & 2 markers, it is not centered and looks like a heavy print - not a crisp one from the factory.

Hmm, very interesting observation.  Thanks.  I see what you mean.  So is this a "fake" Bulova?  Is this non factory dial common?

Possibly a dial replacement. It was common as the dials would darken or become damaged by moisture or dust incursion, and there were afternarket cases and dials that would specifically fit certain Bulova models, often with added embellishments.

Thank you everyone for your great help.  So with this probable replacement dial does it still pass as an official Bulova watch?

Bulova did make some ladies watches with this dial.

Hi Sambi, sorry I'm a little late to the party but welcome to myBulova from me as well. I agree that the watch case indicates Her Excellency K model. We really have no way to be sure about how the dial came to be but I like it. It seems like these dials may have been dealer customizations. Relative to your value question we cannot give appraisals on watches. To answer your question about authenticity, I say yes it is authentic Bulova.

I would give this watch an Her Excellency K ID.

Her Excellency K works for me as well.
