This is a Bulova Ladies watch in 14K White Gold with 2 Diamonds (1 at top and 1 at bottom).
Movement is stamped with the numbers: 47.
Inside case: Bulova, 14K Gold, New York.
Ouside case: 14K, Bulova, 8562228
This could be a Her Excellency "U" although the dial looks a bit different.

And on a close up the case seems to match but the dial is different. Maybe someone will know if there was a different varient on this one. I will be posting a Her Excellency and it has two different dials on it. Lovely watch. I hope to get one of the solid gold Her Excellencys one of these days.
I think you're spot on Kathy. The case looks exact. I can't help but wonder if the dial isn't original, it doesn't seem to fit quite right. The numbers seem too far out to the edge. Either way it's a really nice example. I think the Her Excellency name fits.

I think it's a Her Excellency, the dial almost looks re-done, or possibly a replacement.
I'm leaning towards Her Excellency "U" - noting possible refinished dial.
