Is the case yellow or rose gold? It looks rose/pink/coral gold to me but it may just be the photo.

Rose gold would mean your watch is either the "E" or 'F" variety of the Bulova President. As we don't have a correct dial match and it does appear to be some kind of redial, I suggest just IDing as a 1947 Bulova President.

I would say the dial is not original to the watch and more than likely something not produced by Bulova, as it looks like there is a slight curve in the print BULOVA which was never done by Bulova.

Realmente BULOVA aparece com ligeira curvatura. Vendo melhor e atentamente parece ter sido pintado à mão e não uma impressão. Seria? Eis a questão.
