Dial with masonic symbols
In reply to I'm not sure if Bulova did by Reverend Rob
Hello FDT, welcome to myBulova. This is a nice Masonic watch. I agree with Rob that the case is a 1945 Andrew. I see quite a few Masonic dialed watches on the auction sites. I've always suspected that the Lodge had these customized for members and that Bulova did not have a hand (pun intended) in producing the dial.
I would tag this one a 1945 Bulova Andrew.

I doubt Bulova would be able to find such records, if they existed. I do see the Bulova on dial in script which looks like most Bulova dials, but its most likely a redial.
I'm good with Andrew (for case and model ID) but agree its not advertised anywhere by Bulova as such with this dial.
I'm changing my ID to non-conforming.
This watch, as configured now, was most likely ever advertised by Bulova (even in second or third party ads) with a Bulova model name.
The case may be that of the Andrew, but I'm straying away from ID'ing only on the case. We do this sometimes if a case contains another Bulova Point of Sale dial - even a redail done as POS- but based on existing ads, and our knowledge about Bulova over the years, Bulova has not produced/advertsed any model watch with this dial.
